It turns out that you've been the best source of knowledge and help for
me when anything happens on my computer.
I had tried several companies over a period of time with specific
problems but no one has communicated their knowledge of the computer to
me like you have.
I find your company to be perfect for someone like myself working out
of my home, using the computer for personal reasons.
I feel we have just begun to scratch the surface as there are new
programs I will want to add. And when I get my IPOD or any other
gadget that requires tech knowledge in downloading or hardrive to back
up, or new software, I know who to call which takes most of the edge
off things I don't understand.
