Sometimes you just need your data transferred from one device to another. We can help you with that.
Sometimes your data has become corrupted and you need it recovered. We do that too.
And if we can't recover your data, there's no charge. Use our rapid response form

Then there are recovery issues we don't handle like water damaged hard drives, fire damaged hard drives, and
other physically damaged hard drives.
Is your drive ticking, clicking, or chirping? This is a sign of a physically damaged drive, as
opposed to corrupted data.
For drives with such physical damage, we refer our customers to Drive Savers.
They also have a no data, no charge policy. Through special arrangement, a discount is available for
