DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION :
Social Media

Social media administration and content management: (Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, YouTube, and Instagram accounts e.g.) – Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content on Social Media

Develop brand awareness and online reputation including online reviews & response

Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

Maintain/Update Social Media Calendar

Analyze social media, online growth, track analytics, and report results as requested

Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, photo platforms, and applications

Photography/Video/AV

Oversee the creative direction of special projects, including professional photo shoots, film production, and media

Production of company/program videos (negotiate with film producer; work with staff to plan, schedule, and film), act as the liaison with outside companies, manage contract budgets and negotiations; including locations/casting

Assist local media on campus

Photo & Video content management and storage

Responsible for headshots of staff, TPS Team, and Professionals

Assist with video and audio projects such as filming staff meetings or recording weekly podcast updates for staff

Facilitate on campus AV needs for presenters for Ground Rounds, All Staff, etc. and assist staff as needed for offsite presentation AV needs.

Marketing/Graphic Design/Website

Oversee management of Sierra Tucson website – content updates and accuracy of information, photos, and graphics. Work with Corporate and departments for content changes

Develop internal web channel for staff education

Manage Newsletter, eblasts, blogs, podcast, and digital implementation of Marketing Materials

Educate staff with their creative development of PowerPoint presentations and meeting Brand Guidelines, and use of acceptable photos/graphics.

Design, develop, revise, and maintain inventory control of collateral marketing materials

Develop and implement new and creative ways to brand/market Sierra Tucson

Develop project management platform

Collaborate with IT department to address media needs and developments on campus

Availability to provide tours to professionals on campus as needed

Asist with Marketing Budget as assigned

Assist with events as assigned

Assist is such duties as may be assigned or delegated by Brand Management Director

QUALIFICATIONS:
PR and customer service skills

Excellent communications skills: speaking, phone, writing, and presentation

Detail oriented

Strong organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, Photoshop, InDesign and PowerPoint.

Ability to proofread and correct errors in documents

Demonstrate knowledge of substance abuse, mental health disorders and recovery programs

Must have valid driver’s license

Database, Internet, and social media skills

Self-starter, highly motivated, problem solver

Creativity and publishing skills

Experience in event planning

Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
Bachelor’s in marketing, counseling, business or related area preferred. (Bachelor’s degree can be substituted with four years related experience with substance abuse/mental health issues).

Maintain complete confidentiality in all patient/program matters, in accordance with facility policy.

If a Sierra Tucson Alumni, must have discharged 5 years prior to applying.
