Media Manager, Paid Social – 360i, Atlanta

Job Description:

360i is looking for a Paid Social Media Manager. This person must have a detail-oriented mind with the capability to multitask and think outside of the box. The Media Manager is a key component in the overall success of the team, our clients and 360i as they are responsible for optimizing, reporting and implementing campaigns to meet and surpass the clients success metrics, while also supporting the team where needed with other projects and planning, all on social platforms.


  • Execution of standard media projects including social media buying execution and reporting with future focus on social planning
  • Daily monitoring of social campaign performance metrics and optimizations
  • Asking good questions, explaining things clearly and succinctly, and actively participating in brainstorms and internal meetings.
  • Working as a member of the team, primarily supporting the team on tasks that they delegate to you.
  • Self-management on projects & timelines with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Attending client calls, taking and sharing meeting notes
  • Building professional relationships and grow knowledge of industry; work with vendors, outside agencies and other agency disciplines (Account, Insights, Creative, Analytics) in a professional manner
  • Ad hoc duties as needed


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years spent in an Associate level capacity
  • Significant Excel experience
  • Facebook Blueprint Certification: Professional Planning & Buying (+pre-req Core Competencies exam)
  • Experience with Paid Social marketing tools a must, i.e. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat and other emerging platforms. (self-service ad tools & social ad tech)
  • Track record of optimizing campaigns to drive measurably better results and ability to deliver campaign goalsExperience managing 7 figure annual budgets.
  • Experience forecasting and preparing annual budget recommendations.
  • Proficient in Ad operations, i.e. Publisher Pixels implementation and trouble-shooting, DCM (DoubleClick Campaign Manager) or other tag mgmt. systems
  • Deep understanding of holistic measurement and the best ways to measure success across different goals
  • Familiar with Web Analytics, Social API Developer resources, and HTML
