Highly productive real estate team in need of a creative, tech savvy marketing and office assistant to help their team grow. The Marketing and Office Assistant position is responsible for generating traffic to new and existing home communities by creating and delivering marketing ideas and activities; creating content and managing social media channels; maintaining inventory of collateral materials; planning events, meetings and trade shows; developing and maintaining new community launch timeline. You will be intimately involved in helping our agency communicate the value we bring to the community.

Our Marketing and Social Media Assistant will be responsible for building and executing campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to help expand our brand. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing and managing a variety of Facebook ad campaigns from beginning to end. Responsibilities will include conceptualizing the campaign, developing and executing all ads, and analyzing ad performance results. Compensation:

$50,000 – $60,000


Responsibilities:

  • Promote all team events on social media
  • Develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns from conception to completion
  • Maintain all sales reports
  • Monitor incoming leads and prospects and incorporate into marketing campaigns
  • Organize gifts and closing events
  • Can create funnels, can retarget through social media and google and create custom audiences.
  • Work directly with the CEO and leadership team to execute the company vision and be responsible for integrating concepts, strategies and systems into the business.
  • Create and execute the company marketing strategy and the strategy for marketing listings.
  • Database Relationship Management by ways of different touch points throughout the year to include email, phone call, mailers and client appreciation events; make our clients feel like the are all VIPs.
  • Brand Management by telling our story through marketing, web and social media channels by following a content calendar while always seeking ways to increase customer service.
  • Ensure all prospects, clients and Agents are communicated to by completion of the day initial contact was made through phone, email and text.
  • Ensure all scheduled appointments are attended with appropriate materials prepared.
  • Monitor activity and result metrics – always know where team is on track with goals.
  • Grow business production by pre-agreed upon goals through listing and database marketing.
  • Social Media Management of both content and advertisement.
  • Listing Marketing creation such as flyers, online ads, brochures, special event pieces.
  • Project management of team events – communicate with team members, schedule/invite team on calendar, coordinate with vendors and sponsors.
  • Scheduling and calendar management.


Qualifications:

  • Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions
  • Experience in the real estate industry preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years marketing/brand management in an agency or Real Estate sales environment
  • Must be creative and coachable.
  • Extensive knowledge in social media strategy and implementation of social media campaigns.
  • Ability to learn new as well as teach others cloud based software programs including: CRM systems, project management systems, Microsoft Office, all top social media platforms, Google Drive, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Photoshop illustrator/Canva type skill set will be required.
  • Facebook Pixel and Analytics is a PLUS!
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Creative problem solving skills.
  • This person must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude. This person will do anything and everything they need to in order to free their Agents up to sell.
