Amply Media is an in-house digital publishing division that is responsible for developing and launching content websites internally to help grow our audience of consumers & subscribers. Currently, Amply Media owns & operates over 80+ content websites with 12MM+ daily active subscribers whom we message everyday with content & promotional campaigns.

The main messaging channel that we leverage today is web push notification messaging. We have built a web push notification messaging platform internally that we’ve integrated across all of our sites so that we can open up a new channel of communication with our digital audience. By delivering timely & engaging push notification messages directly to our consumers’ most-used devices, we can help brands & marketers ensure our audience never misses out on the latest content we have to offer while opening up a new revenue stream for our business.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in digital solutions & ad tech sales to advertisers, brands, website owners and media publishing companies.


The primary role of the Digital Paid Media Specialist will be planning, buying, tracking and optimizing digital campaigns, primarily focused on social. This position will report directly into the Content Studio Leader.

1. Digital media buying and managing of campaigns using major social, display, and search networks to drive traffic to proprietary sites to ensure KPI delivery
2. Owning all steps of the ad operations process for maintaining and growing products:
Text and display creative creation, split testing, and optimization
Audience segmenting creation, split testing, and optimization
Landing page creation, testing, and optimization
Bid strategy testing and optimizations
Performance reporting
Source level CPA optimizations to hit product LTV and ROI targets
3. Analyzing, communicating, and building reports based on data against the defined campaign success metrics
4. Efficiently prioritizing competing responsibilities, products and/or tests based on revenue and growth potential
5. Conducting competitive and market research to stay informed, refine our strategies, and help our product be the first-to-market on industry trends


The successful candidate will be an inspiring and confident leader with at least:

  • General understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem
  • Willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • 2+ years’ experience managing self-serve digital media campaigns (performance focused a plus)
  • Ability to analyze performance data including conversion rates, conversion trends, engagement rates, frequency, and other common digital media KPI’s
  • Experience with Excel (Pivot tables, Data Visualization, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.) and/or Tableau
  • Interpretive skills, allowing the candidate to understand and make recommendations to improve our business
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
