Performance Media Operations Manager

The evolution of the digital marketing landscape presents continuous opportunities to elevate our game through innovation. Considering the number of stakeholders involved in these complex growth initiatives, the Digital Marketing Project Manager will meticulously manage the communication/procedural workflow from inception to execution in order to meet our critical milestones throughout.

This position will serve as a key contributor to the Performance Marketing team, working cross- functionally with Consumer Experience, Digital Analytics, IT, Operations, Buying & Planning, Digital Content, and Business Units to propel cutting-edge strategies forward. With an executive-level commitment to eCommerce in the US and the broad scope that the Performance Marketing team oversees, this role will be highly visible across the organization and will serve as a key liaison between cross-functional partners and the performance channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, lead and manage all aspects of project processes, including planning, communication, scheduling, and meeting ownership
  • Streamline and manage the operating model through which we partner with Business Units & Digital Activation to increase visibility of the Performance Marketing team and our cross-channel strategy/activation plans
  • Work with Digital Content and Brand Design to formalize and support our content/creative workflow processes and secure best-in-class digital assets across multiple categories/campaigns
  • Run point on collecting and consolidating category and commercial inputs from cross-functional teams to support the development of seasonal plans and influence ongoing campaign optimizations
  • Formalize the process in which we partner with the Consumer Engagement team to help streamline Performance Marketing needs in relation to acquisition campaigns and Membership
  • Drive the promotional execution process for Performance Marketing and serve as the functional liaison to ensure that .com promotions are clearly communicated
  • Support Director of Performance Marketing and Channel Managers in all phases of planning & retrospective recapping of campaigns and major commercial moments
  • Attend category and marketing alignment working sessions to serve as the key contributor on behalf of the team, as well as ensure all channels are briefed on upcoming priorities and/or market deviations
  • Oversee day-to-day cross-channel operations and ensure all team deliverables are executed on time and in full, while maintaining regular communication with relevant stakeholders every step of the way
  • Assist Director of Performance Marketing and Channel Managers with holistic holiday planning throughout the year
  • Work cross-functionally with both technical/business colleagues and 3rd party integration teams to drive implementation through the full project lifecycle
  • Build lasting relationships with internal and external partners by creating ongoing value for both sides and ensuring outstanding communication and follow-through on commitments
