The Community Manager will be responsible for organic channel management for specific clients. This will include content curating, calendar management, post scheduling, social listening, and response management. The Community Manager will work closely with the creative and paid social teams to ensure alignment across all client efforts and actively strive to broaden the scope of organic social.


  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing or Advertising; or equivalent work


  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Sprinklr and/or similar programs to manage online postings on all social platforms
  • Knowledge and understanding of paid vs. organic social media strategy
  • Exceptional organization and communication skills
  • Highly motivated with a strong desire to meet or exceed expectations
  • Attention to detail and the ability to meet aggressive deadlines
  • Understanding of integrated marketing communications and the digital media
